Job Description:
- Carry out daily warehouse import and export of goods as required.
- Monitor daily goods in/out and inventory levels.
- Prepare and check documents for warehouse import/export requests in accordance with regulations.
- Check incoming and outgoing goods to ensure the correct quantity as stated in the order and proper signatures on the slips.
- Track and store warehouse import and export slips.
- Conduct inventory checks and reconcile stock quantities with records.
- Responsible for attendance tracking, task allocation, and supervising workers to ensure productivity.
- Create warehouse layout plans and assign storage locations for goods and materials.
- Ensure goods in the warehouse are arranged properly.
- Monitor and inspect warehouse goods, proposing solutions if issues arise.
- Remind workers to maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the warehouse area.
- Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, lunch break 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM. Overtime depending on work requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Age: from 30 to 45 years old
- Education: High school diploma or higher (12/12), proficient in office computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
- At least 2 years of warehouse management experience; candidates with experience in the steel industry are preferred
- Enthusiastic, careful, honest, and able to work overtime
- Good communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and management skills: planning, supervising and coordinating, evaluating and reporting
- Ability to adapt quickly, work proactively, and maintain control over tasks
